We are proud to announce Amara is a PeaceLove Creator. In August 2016 Amara attened a Peace Love workshop in Rhode Island and now she is able to share the mission of using expressive arts to help people create a peace of mind through Riccio Pick Me Ups. Workshops are intended to bring connection, enhance mental well-being, self-expression and overall enjoyment using various modalities including painting, sound making, poetry, sculpting, drawing and movement. We are excited to continue to be apart of this amazing organizations CREATORS program allowing Amara to workshops for groups, families and individuals through RPMU bringing healing through the arts.

Our organization survives and thrives through our spirit of my mother's mom Mary Giannone. We meet many angels of earth through our service, many who become angels in heaven.
On May 24th 2016 our RPMU "Granny" Mary Zampardi flew to heaven, at 87 years old. She played the role ofour mother and grandma for the last year and a half.  Mary's family are friends and volunteers of RPMU. Mary  has been a huge influence in our geriatric companinion program and intergenerational programming, as she went through quite a journey with dementia and other medical condition, through homecare and  healthcare centers.  Mary was very respectful, witty, and compassionate even through her challenges. She is will live in our hearts forever and now be with my mamma Mary aid in RPMU's mission.

"We were so grateful for our special visits from Amara and RPMU during many hospital stays. They truly brightened our dreary days and helped during some of our most difficult times. I personally will never forget when you all sang "The Fight Song" for Jonna - it was one of the most special moments in my entire life. May God bless you all and may you continue on this journey of inspiration and hope" Tara Crocker, "Share the gift" recipient

"Thank you for having the group last week. I realized I can't move forward without the things I lost until I focus on the positive and still build on them. You made me realize this. Thank you." , Lisa adult brain injury survivor, and PeaceLove participant

"I'm proud to share the news of my son Mike being in remission from Lymes disease. RPMU was such a important part of Mike being in remission. The Riccio Family has been such a tremendous souse of enlightenment and strength to our family! Jen B, Pick-Me-Up donation recipient and Friendly Ability Volunteer
